Loans & Cash Advance: Lanterna does not issue loans, make credit decisions, or act as a lender. Our role is to help you submit your loan request and match you with potential offers from third-party lenders based on the information you provide.
We cannot guarantee loan approval or specific loan terms such as interest rates, repayment periods, or amounts. Any loan agreement is made directly between you and the Lender.
Loan details — including APR, repayment schedule, and total cost — are always disclosed by the Lender before you accept any offer.
Loans available through the App may have APRs ranging from 4.99% to 35.00%. Actual loan terms depend on factors such as your credit profile and income, as evaluated by the Lender.
For example, if you borrow $200 with an APR of 11.5% over a 12-month period, your monthly payment would be about $17.78. By the end of the term, you would have paid approximately $213.38 in total — including $13.38 in interest.
Repayment periods typically range from 90 days to 24 months. Your Lender will provide your specific repayment schedule.
To use Loans & Cash Advance: Lanterna, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to protect your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
Loans & Cash Advance: Lanterna is not a party to any loan agreement between you and a Lender. We do not endorse or recommend specific lenders or loan products. Review each loan offer carefully before accepting it.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Lenders independently determine eligibility and loan terms based on their criteria.
Loans & Cash Advance: Lanterna does not charge users for submitting a loan request. However, third-party Lenders may charge origination fees, late fees, or other applicable charges. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any such fees before proceeding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loans & Cash Advance: Lanterna will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or interactions with third-party Lenders.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loans & Cash Advance: Lanterna, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will take effect upon posting within the App. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless prohibited by law.
